Job summary

Luen Heng F&B Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur seeks a creative and analytical Marketing Professional to develop and execute campaigns, analyze performance, and drive brand growth across digital, PR, events and promotions.

The ideal candidate will translate strategy into actionable plans, collaborate with Sales, Finance, Logistics and other departments, and produce monthly reports while seeking innovative promotions to raise brand awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to translate marketing strategy into tactics and actionable plans.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Drive, plan and execute marketing campaigns to achieve measurable results on consumer activation, sponsorships, PR, digital, events and promotions.
• Generate monthly reports and assist in events.
• Launch and implement innovative promotions to increase brand awareness.
• Support and manage integrated 360 marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with stakeholders from different departments – Sales, Finance, Logistics and HODs.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate forecasting together with Sales and Logistics.
• Monitor brand performance on a monthly basis to ensure KPIs are met.
