Job summary

Skyline Catering SDN BHD is seeking a results-driven Social Media Marketing professional to manage and grow the brand's online presence across multiple platforms. You will engage with followers, plan content calendars, and assist in creating marketing materials.

The role involves coordinating with agencies and vendors, handling CRM and website tasks, and supporting budget planning with insights from monthly reports. Chinese language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Min. Degree in related field or its equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar position or fresh graduate welcomed.
• Performance-driven attitude with a hunger for results.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and creative thinking.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Conscientious and tenacious with a sense of urgency.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Follow media buying strategy and liaise with influencers and media partners.
• Assist in monthly exposure and insights reports.
• Explore new platforms and styles to support annual digital marketing budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage the brands' social media accounts and assets, including interacting with followers and responding to comments, inquiries and complaints;
• Collaborate with marketing team to plan content for TANYU，NONGGENGJI social media calendar, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and RED etc.;
• Assist in marketing materials design, photo and video on-site shooting;
• Coordinate among various functional agencies (design, MCN, vendors) and outlets to - platforms’ performance for automotive brands and competitor brands via monthly reports;
• Handle website and CRM system (customer relationship management);
• Brainstorm marketing initiatives with in-house team & agencies, execute ad hoc tasks;
• Follow the media buying strategy and liaise with influencers, media and other suppliers;
• Assisting in monthly report covering the exposure performance and insights;
• Seeking new platforms, methods, or styles of promoting our brand online, and to better assist in planning the annual budget of the digital marketing.
