Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design or related discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant marketing/creative content experience.
• Portfolio required showcasing design and marketing work.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; strong design and typography fundamentals.
• Good written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, events and roadshows.
• Conceptualise and design marketing materials for digital and print channels.
• Ensure materials adhere to branding guidelines and consistent identity.
• Create engaging content for social media, websites and email campaigns.
• Coordinate with agencies, printers and vendors for timely delivery.
• Support photography, videography and content production for campaigns.
• Collaborate with Sales and internal teams on materials.
• Monitor campaigns, market trends and customer feedback.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and marketing documentation.

Job Summary:

The Marketing Executive supports the planning and execution of marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence, promote property developments and enhance customer engagement. This role requires strong graphic design capabilities to produce compelling visual content across digital and traditional marketing channels while ensuring alignment with EcoWorld's brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, product launches, roadshows and corporate events.
• Conceptualise and design marketing materials, including social media content, digital advertisements, brochures, buntings, billboards, posters, presentations and event collateral.
• Ensure all creative materials comply with EcoWorld's branding guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
• Develop engaging content and visual concepts for social media platforms, websites, email campaigns and other digital channels.
• Coordinate with advertising agencies, printers, media partners and other external vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Support photography, videography and content production for property launches, events and marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with Sales and other internal departments to develop effective sales and marketing materials.
• Monitor campaign performance, market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences.
• Manage project timelines, marketing documentation, budgets and administrative requirements.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate superior.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Mass Communication or a related discipline.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in marketing, graphic design, advertising or creative content development.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Experience in video editing, motion graphics, photography or social media content creation is an added advantage.
• Strong visual sense with good knowledge of typography, colour, layout and branding.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Creative, proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as within a team.
• Experience in property development, real estate or a related industry would be an added advantage.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant design and marketing work is required.
