Job summary

Lamarsa Coffee Machine Company is seeking an organised Marketing & Events Intern to support our digital, retail, event, and integrated marketing activities. This role provides hands-on experience in event coordination, content creation, social media, and campaign execution.

You will work with the team to develop engaging content, assist with campaigns from planning through completion, and gain practical experience in digital marketing, analytics, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or a related field.
• Interested in digital marketing, retail campaigns, content creation, and events.
• Creative, organised, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiar with social media platforms.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and AI tools such as ChatGPT / Claude is preferred.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work well with a team.
• Willing to support occasional evening or weekend events.

Responsibilities

• Support digital, social media, retail, and event marketing activities.
• Assist in planning and executing 360° marketing campaigns.
• Create simple social media content, graphics, and short videos.
• Coordinate campaign materials, timelines, vendors, and partners.
• Prepare retail marketing materials, displays, and promotions.
• Assist with event planning, promotion, setup, and on-site activities.
• Capture photos and videos during campaigns and events.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare simple reports.
• Conduct basic market, competitor, and consumer research.
• Provide general marketing and administrative support.
