Job summary

Anytime Fitness Impiria Bukit Tinggi, Klang is offering a Marketing, Customer Service & Events Intern position to gain hands-on experience across social media, content creation and customer engagement within a fast-growing fitness brand.

You will assist with posting content on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other platforms, help respond to inquiries, support promotions and events, and assist booth setup, stock handling and post-event reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and posting content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other platforms.
• Respond to customer inquiries through social media and messaging channels.
• Support company promotions, campaigns and product launches.
• Assist with event preparation, booth setup, and stock coordination.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing and Operations to ensure smooth events and reporting.
• Maintain organised records of inquiries, leads, and feedback.

Marketing, Customer Service & Events Intern

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media & Marketing

Assist in creating and posting content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other company platforms.

Take simple product photos and videos and assist with basic editing.

Prepare captions, promotional materials, Stories, Reels and marketing content.

Assist with company promotions, campaigns and product launches.

Research social media trends and competitor activities.

Ensure all published information is accurate and follows company branding.

Respond to customer enquiries through WhatsApp, social media and online platforms.

Provide basic information on products, prices, promotions, stock, orders and delivery.

Assist customers with product selection and ordering.

Follow up on customer enquiries and potential sales leads.

Assist in handling customer complaints, replacements, refunds and delivery issues.

Escalate complicated or sensitive matters to the relevant team or management.

3. Event & Booth Support

Search for suitable bazaars, exhibitions, roadshows, mall events and other booth opportunities.

Assist in comparing event costs, location, crowd potential and sales opportunities.

Maintain a simple calendar of proposed and confirmed events.

Assist with event preparation, booth setup and dismantling.

Coordinate stock, booth materials, promotional items and other event requirements.

Work with the Logistics/Operations team to ensure required stock and materials are ready.

Keep the booth clean, organised and presentable.

Engage with customers, explain products and promotions, provide samples and assist with sales.

Monitor stock, sales and customer feedback during events.

Assist in identifying potential retailers, stockists, corporate customers or other business leads.

Assist with preparing a simple post-event report on sales, stock, customer feedback and leads.

4. General Support & Reporting

Maintain organised records of customer enquiries, leads, complaints, marketing activities and events.

Assist in preparing simple weekly or monthly reports.

Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Logistics and other departments when required.

Support other marketing, customer service, sales and event-related duties assigned by the Company.

Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and proper company standards at all times.
