Job summary

Traders by Shangri-La in Kuala Lumpur seeks a dynamic Marketing Communications Executive to support integrated campaigns across online and offline channels, ensure brand consistency, and drive promotions for rooms, F&B, and recreation.

You will manage content, coordinate with Sales & Marketing, and contribute to business opportunities within the hospitality brand, with a minimum of 1 year’s relevant experience; English proficiency required and local work eligibility.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Detail-oriented.
• Photography and visual content skills.
• Proficient in content creation and social media platforms.
• Proficiency in English, in both oral and written.
• Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing communication campaigns aligned with brand and business objectives.
• Develop and manage content for offline and online channels, including marketing collateral, social media, and website updates.
• Ensure all communications adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistent messaging.
• Manage online distribution platforms and collaborate with internal teams to drive campaigns, promotions, and new third-party business opportunities for rooms, F&B, and recreation.
