Job summary

AGOS Asia Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Marketing Communications & Change Analyst to help shape our PR & change management initiatives across projects with multinational clients. You will develop and execute a PR & communications roadmap aligned with AGOS's strategic focus and growth trajectory.

You will write content for blogs, websites and social media, manage digital media platforms, review collateral design, and supervise the development of corporate and program materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mass Comm, English, Marketing, Psychology, Graphic Design or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office and relevant design software.

Responsibilities

• Develop & execute PR & Comms roadmap in line with AGOS strategic focus & growth trajectory.
• Content writing for blogs, website, social media platforms.
• Manage and maintain digital media platforms.
• Review and manage collaterals design.
• Supervises development of corporate and program materials.
• Organise events (annual AGOS Summit), face-to-face or virtual.
• Support Change Management and communication activities on a project basis.
