Job summary

Tap Growth ai is seeking a proactive Marketing Executive to craft creative social media and e-commerce content, both online and offline. You will plan monthly campaigns, monitor performance, and provide data-driven insights to strengthen brand visibility in Segambut, Kuala Lumpur.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or higher, are fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia, and have at least two years of related experience. The role requires tight coordination across teams and partners.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma required.
• Excellent command of Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• At least 2 years of experience for Executive role.
• Strong organizational and multi-project management skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative content and design concepts for social media, e-commerce and offline materials.
• Plan monthly digital marketing materials aligned with themes and strategy.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Monitor online platforms and respond to customer queries.
• Coordinate marketing materials such as leaflets, posters, and banners as needed.
• Engage with influencers and local bloggers to expand brand reach.
• Manage daily e-commerce orders, stock control and customer inquiries.
• Update company website, profiles and product listings.
• Assist events and exhibitions with planning and execution.
• Collaborate with suppliers to create effective POS materials.
• Support marketing manager with brainstorming and implementing new strategies.
• Interpret market data to derive actionable insights.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Be responsible handle the creative, design, content ideas for social media ande-commerce as well as offline-materials including create photos, videos & else
• Measure and planning monthly social media and digital marketing materials inadvance with the theme & strategy.
• Analyze social media performance metrics, conduct post-campaign evaluations,and provide data-driven recommendations for future promotional activities.
• Daily monitor online platform and facilitate online conversations with customersand respond to queries
• Assist to manage the marketing materials: leaflets, posters, flyers, e-news letters, e-banner when require.
• Communicate with talent / artist via social media such as local bloggers andinfluencers to collaborate, create a strong network
• Manage daily e-commerce orders, stocks inventory, customer inquiries andmaintain good customer’s review and services
• Update company website, profile and product listing
• Prepare and execute for events such as exhibitions, book fair, roadshow,workshop and charity activities
• Work closely with printing supplier, communicate and develop effective POSMaterials and other equipment
• Assist marketing manager in brainstorming, formulation & implementation ofnew, trending, effective and innovative marketing strategies to increase thebrands awareness.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret market data and derive actionableinsights.
• Provide added value to the sales and marketing capabilities of the company.
• To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/GraduateDiploma in any field.
• Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required forExecutive position.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects anddeadlines simultaneously.
• Required Skill(s): Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Marketing/Business Developmentor equivalent.
