Job summary

PTB TEX SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking a Marketing Assistant to monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance, providing actionable recommendations to boost results. You will assist with product planning and strategy and support the Sales Team.

You will also handle social media content planning and execution, work with agencies or vendors, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery, campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of the Textile, Garment and Retail industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Social media savvy with a good understanding of current digital trends.
• Experience working with agencies or vendors is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance, providing recommendations and countermeasures.
• Handle social media content planning and execution while keeping up with current trends.
• Coordinate with agencies, vendors and external partners.
• Work closely with internal teams (Production Team), to ensure smooth project execution.
• Assist in marketing function to support Sales Team for company product planning and strategy.
• Handle the planning of marketing strategy and follow up on the implementation of marketing tools.
• Assist with online advertising and digital marketing campaigns.
