Job summary

Yonhin Sdn Bhd in Kedah is seeking a creative Marketing Specialist with 1–2 years of experience to design posters, manage social media, and produce promotional videos.

You will handle platforms Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Shopee, and Lazada, update product listings, and support campaigns and branding activities.

The role requires independence, teamwork, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Marketing, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Mass Communication, or related field.
• 1–2 years in marketing, social media, or graphic design.
• Proficient with Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut.
• Familiar with Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Shopee, Lazada.

Responsibilities

• Design posters, promotional materials, price visuals, and marketing content.
• Create and edit videos, TikTok content, reels, and simple promotional videos.
• Manage and update company social media platforms including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Shopee, and Lazada.
• Upload and update product listings, pricing, promotions, and product information on online platforms.
• Monitor customer community groups, social media messages, comments, and inquiries professionally.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, festive promotions, events, and branding activities.
• Take product photos and videos for marketing and promotional purposes.
• Monitor and analyze social media engagement, campaign performance, customer response, and sales trends.
• Work closely with sales and operation teams to support business growth and promotional activities.
• Assist in ad hoc marketing, branding, and promotional tasks assigned by management.

• Basic knowledge in social media analysis, campaign performance, and online marketing trends
• Creative, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
• Able to work independently and in a fast-moving environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Applicants with photography, videography, or e-commerce experience will have added advantage
