KENJO BABY HOUSE SDN. BHD. is seeking a Marketing Assistant to review pricing, manage budgets, and plan digital campaigns across SEO/SEM, email, social, and display.

The role involves collaborating with local teams in Malaysia and Indonesia, conducting market research, and mentoring junior marketers to drive profitable campaigns and growth in maternal and baby products on major e-commerce platforms in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in e-commerce and digital marketing.
• Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Excel Pivot and Data Studio.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve campaign pricing to avoid potential financial losses.
• Develop and manage marketing budgets with efficient resource allocation.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels (SEO/SEM, email, social, display).
• Adjust marketing strategies based on competitive pricing analysis in Indonesia.
• Lead and mentor junior marketing team members.

Job description

This role involves reviewing and approving campaign pricing, developing and managing marketing budgets, and adjusting marketing strategies based on competitive analysis. You will lead and mentor junior marketing team members, conduct market research, and plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

Carefully review and approve campaign pricing to avoid potential financial losses

Ensure promotional offers are profitable and sustainable

Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources

Adjust marketing strategies based on competitive pricing analysis in Indonesia

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts

Lead and mentor junior marketing team members

Work with local teams and influencers in Indonesia to enhance campaign relevance

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target markets in Malaysia & Indonesia

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising

Analyse customer behaviour and feedback to improve marketing strategies

About you

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Proven experience in e-commerce and digital marketing

Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Excel Pivot and Data Studio

Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
