JRM Stokis JB in Malaysia is seeking a marketing-minded individual to join our team. The role focuses on developing and executing marketing strategies, managing social media across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, and creating visual content for health and beauty campaigns.

You will coordinate online and offline activities, craft posters and video content with Canva, Photoshop and CapCut, and engage customers and distributors to hit KPIs.

Key responsibilities

Plan monthly and annual marketing strategies and set objectives, KPIs and sales targets for each campaign

Manage daily social media posting on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok

Create content including posters, videos, and copywriting

Manage customer messages, comments, and inquiries

Create promotional posters and edit video content using tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and CapCut

Organize offline programs such as Customer Day, CSR, and Distributor Reward initiatives

Prepare promotional materials including posters, bunting, flyers, and booth displays

Assist the marketing team in recording video content and apply good camera angles

About you

Minimum Diploma, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business Management, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or related fields

Experience managing social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)

Proficiency in creating posters using tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop

Creative, proactive, and able to work independently

Able to plan marketing campaigns and achieve KPIs

Strong communication skills with customers and distributors

Disciplined, consistent, and able to work to deadlines

Interest in the health and beauty industry

Open to fresh graduates and experienced candidates

Income potential of RM2,500+ (salary and commission)
