GAMER2GAMER SDN. BHD. is seeking a Business Development Executive (Market Research) fresh graduate to help shape product roadmaps and RTS service ideas. You will participate in market research, translate findings into actionable roadmaps, and coordinate with Tech, BA, Branding, and Social Media to align plans.

The role emphasizes data analysis, market exploration, and collaboration with multiple teams to deliver practical growth initiatives in the gaming space.

Qualifikationen

• Internship experience in market research, business/product analysis, business development, or a related analytical role.
• Comfortable running or contributing to a requirements-gathering process, and translating findings into a workable roadmap or plan.
• Experience analyzing competitor products/features and sales or order data, and turning both into clear, actionable insights.
• Able to work cross-functionally — comfortable coordinating with Tech, BA, Branding, and Social Media to keep plans aligned.
• Detail-oriented but flexible — able to keep data and plans current without needing a rigid, fixed process.
• A genuine interest in and working knowledge of the gaming market — you play games and follow what’s happening in them.

Aufgaben

• Assist in developing the overall RTS roadmap.
• Run a structured requirements-gathering process for future RTS services.
• Set priorities for enhancements and additional features, with input from Sales Growth and user feedback.
• Conduct market research — explore potential new markets and new service types RTS could build.
• Consolidate RTS plans with other teams to keep alignment and avoid silos.
• Act as liaison with Tech/BA for product-related issues and inquiries.
• Analyze sales, order, and other operational data to support planning and decision-making.
