Gard Inc in Malaysia is seeking a Trade Marketing Coordinator to plan and execute trade marketing initiatives to support retail sales growth and achieve monthly targets. You will assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns tailored for trade and retail channels.
You will develop and coordinate promotional activities to boost brand visibility at retail outlets, arrange monthly exhibitions and roadshows, deploy POSM, and provide market insights to support sales decisions.

Plan and execute trade marketing initiatives to support retail sales growth and monthly targets.
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing and promotional campaigns tailored for trade and retail channels.
Develop and coordinate promotional activities to increase brand visibility and product sell-through at retail outlets.
Arrange, coordinate, and execute monthly trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Ensure all event materials, display, and brand touchpoints reflect company branding and marketing objectives.
Conduct post-event reviews to evaluate effectiveness and improvement opportunities.
Plan and deploy Marketing POSM (Point of Sale Materials) to road shows and ensure correct usage.
Monitor tradeshow's marketing materials, displays, and branding to maintain quality, consistency, and effectiveness.
Provide recommendations to improve roadshows visibility and consumer engagement.
Conduct market visits, retail audits, and field surveys to gather insights on customer behavior and dealer's execution.
Track competitors' activities, promotions, pricing strategies, and market trends.
Provide market intelligence reports and recommendations to support marketing and sales decisions.
Build and maintain professional relationships with end users, dealers, vendors, suppliers, agencies, and internal teams.
Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align trade execution with overall brand strategy.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in the exhibition or events industry.
Strong time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent client-facing and teamwork abilities.
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Willingness to travel outstation and work flexible hours as required.
Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin/Cantonese.
Mandarin literacy is preferred due to exposure to Mandarin-speaking retailers or clients.
Mileage and toll reimbursement for work-related travel.
Event allowances provided during event setup or dismantling.
Working hours: Monday-Friday, from 9am to 6pm.
