Job summary

Clamshell Dredging is seeking a Vessel & Crew Administrator in Malaysia. The role involves maintaining department records, monitoring vessel licenses, coordinating movements, and supporting daily marine activities.

The candidate should be self-motivated, with 1–2 years in a marine environment being advantageous, and fluent in Bahasa Malaysia. Working days are Mon–Fri 8:00–17:00 with alternate Saturdays 8:00–12:00.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: STPM or Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Maintain department records and files.
• Monitor vessel licenses, docking schedules, maintenance, and surveys.
• Coordinate vessel movements and site operations.
• Prepare crew sign-on/off and manage crew movements.
• Handle submission of new and renewal work permit applications.
• Prepare and submit crew agreements, seafarer certificates, and related documentation.
• Liaise with HR for new crew registrations (Bank, Merchantrade, EPF, etc.).
• Provide support to executive functions during absences.
