Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a hands-on technician to perform equipment setup, alignment, leveling and I/O testing on complex systems. You will test sensors, switches, valves and motors, and assist engineers in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical and signal issues.

Accurate test records and reporting of abnormalities are required. You will work with Mechanical, Electrical, Process and Software teams to resolve equipment issues, following safety, 5S and ESD procedures.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of mechanical/ electrical assembly/ troubleshooting.
• Able to read basic engineering drawing and work instruction.
• Familiar with machine setup, leveling and calibration.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment setup, alignment, leveling and I/O testing.
• Test sensors, switches, valves, motors and other machine components.
• Assist engineers in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical and signal issues.
• Record test results and report any abnormalities.
• Work with Mechanical, Electrical, Process and Software teams to resolve equipment issues.
• Follow work instructions, safety, 5S and ESD requirements.

Education

Diploma or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related field
