Job summary

Intel Corporation in Kulim is seeking a Manufacturing Systems Software Development Engineer to provide operational and technical support for Foundry customers. You will investigate production and manufacturing data issues, manage tickets, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data delivery and timely resolutions.

The role requires strong SQL/database skills, experience with enterprise systems, and knowledge of manufacturing data and reporting workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL and database querying skills.
• Experience troubleshooting enterprise applications, system integrations, and data flows.
• Understanding of manufacturing transaction flows and data lineage.
• Familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow, or similar ticket management platforms.
• Ability to analyze manufacturing data and perform structured root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage customer support tickets through closure, with timely updates to stakeholders.
• Review, validate, classify, prioritize, and coordinate resolution of customer-reported issues.
• Perform cross-system troubleshooting and root-cause analysis across manufacturing, automation, data, and reporting systems.
• Analyze manufacturing and customer data to identify discrepancies and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, IT, Engineering, and domain experts to investigate issues.
