Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering, manufacturing or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of experience as Shift/Operations Manager in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• Experience leading a high-performance, cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage shift operations to ensure safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Provide leadership to Supervisors to resolve shift operation issues.
• Ensure adequate staffing and training for production operations.
• Lead safety and quality investigations and closure of actions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth shift execution.
• Prepare and submit shift reports detailing performance and resolutions.
