Job summary

P & P HIKMAH in Bayan Lepas, Penang, is seeking a Manufacturing Specialist to perform routine manufacturing processes and support production teams. The role requires SPM/Certificate or equivalent, own transport, and willingness to work overtime and shifts.

Experience in Assembly / Pre-Test / SMT processes and related equipment is advantageous. Candidates should be punctual, hardworking and possess a good attitude to contribute to efficient, quality production lines.

Qualifications

• SPM/Certificate or equivalent
• Possess own transport
• Able to work overtime and shift
• Experience in (Assembly / Pre-Test / SMT solder printing / SMT chip placement machine / PCBA inspector / AOI machine / Manual insert / PCBA rework / Scope) will be added advantage

Responsibilities

• Performing routine manufacturing processes
• Performing data entry requirements at each operation.
• Assisting the Technician and Senior Technician in production
• Performing necessary pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment startup
• Operate or monitor multiple types of equipment during operation to ensure quality and minimal unplanned stops
• To ensure the quality of work with minimal wasted time and materials
• Perform other assignments and responsibilities as required
