Job summary

Advanced Energy seeks a Manufacturing Quality Manager to ensure product and process controls align with the control plan, leading continuous improvement with production and engineering teams. You will drive 8D problem resolution with cross-functional partners, manage non-conformances, and ensure timely disposition while maintaining quality documentation and processes.

The role requires extensive experience in quality across manufacturing environments, knowledge of FMEA/SC Q tools, and leadership

Qualifications

• Must be self-driven and able to lead and manage multiple projects.
• Strong in driving continuous improvement and using quality improvement tools.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance to production control plans and maintain documents.
• Lead 8D problem solving and cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate containment, rework, and inspection for non-conforming product.
• Drive root cause analysis and preventive actions with SPC/MSA.
• Support training and qualification of Manufacturing Quality Engineers.
