Job summary

Bosch Malaysia is seeking a Spare Part Value Stream Engineer to oversee new line setup, workstation planning and line release activities. You will coordinate investments, define and validate equipment, and ensure process capability for mass production.

The role requires strong IPC documentation, NPI experience, and a focus on quality and efficiency across Asia Hub. You will work closely with maintenance and quality teams to sustain process improvements and timely audits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with new product introduction (NPI) and documentation processes (WIs, Control Plans, FMEA).
• Knowledge of ISO 9001/TS16949 and related product safety norms.

Responsibilities

• Set up and release new production lines.
• Plan investments for workstation and accessory upgrades.
• Define, purchase, set up and buy off workstations for new products.
• Prepare line layout and release documents; perform line buy-off before pilot run.
• Conduct machine and process capability studies and implement SPC.
• Train supervisors and maintenance staff on processes.
• Monitor KPI performance and drive continuous improvement.
