Job summary

Megaforce Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to provide technical support for daily production, lead root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions. You will work to improve processes, productivity, quality, and cost efficiency while validating IQ/OQ/PQ and supporting processing steps.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in mechanical/manufacturing/industrial engineering or related field.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with emphasis on process improvements.
• Good problem-solving skills and hands-on technical capability.
• Familiar with Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Production for daily manufacturing and process-related issues.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Establish and validate manufacturing processes (IQ, PQ, OQ).
• Support plastic injection molding, tooling, CNC machining, and equipment troubleshooting.
• Act as the technical interface with customers’ R&D and engineering teams for product development and NPI.
