Job summary

Cricut Malaysia is expanding its Manufacturing Engineering team with a new Process Engineer role. This position owns the definition of manufacturing processes for new products, with deep engagement with design teams and full responsibility for process design, verification and sustaining throughout the product life cycle.

You will work with multiple Contract Manufacturers in Malaysia. Candidates should have a BS or MS in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering, 5–8 years in high‑volume consumer

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–8 years in product or process engineering for high-volume consumer electronics.
• Proficient in industrial engineering fundamentals, cycle time measurements, line balancing.
• Six Sigma training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing equipment specification, development & validation.
• Monitor the mass production process, analyze and diagnose yield issues, optimize processes.
