Job summary
EXIS TECH SDN BHD in Negeri Sembilan is expanding its production team and seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to strengthen process efficiency. You will help identify cost-saving improvements, streamline BOM costs, and develop work instructions for production control.
Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Manufacturing Engineering, can lead a small team, communicate in English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia, and are willing to travel to support new transfer and expansion projects.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
- Willing to travel as required.
- Able to lead and manage a team.
- Proficient in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
Responsibilities
- Detect extra cost in production and propose cost-saving improvements.
- Identify extra costs in machine BOM and remove unnecessary costs.
- Monitor process flow and apply improvements.
- Create process flow, work instructions and check sheets for production control.
- Support product transfer/ expansion projects as assigned.
