Job summary
EXIS TECH SDN. BHD. in Malaysia is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer (Junior/Senior) to drive cost reduction and improve production processes.
The role involves analyzing production costs, optimizing BOMs, and creating robust process documentation. The candidate will train Assembly Specialists and support product transfer projects to enable scalable growth. The successful applicant will hold a Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, possess strong English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent required.
- 3+ years of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Detect extra production costs and propose savings.
- Review machine BOM to remove unnecessary costs.
- Monitor and improve current process flows and procedures.
- Create process flows, work instructions, and check sheets for production control.
- Train and supervise Assembly Specialists in new or existing methods.
- Support product transfer/ expansion projects.
