Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Good understanding of assembly processes and manufacturing methods.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement, process optimization and cost reduction initiatives.
• Develop and maintain work instructions, process documentation and control plans.
• Troubleshoot assembly process issues and implement corrective actions.
• Support new production line setup, machine acceptance and process improvements.
• Review engineering drawings, tooling requirements and manufacturing processes.
