Job summary

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to various departments regarding all process matters to achieve best results.
Ensure production runs follow the defined processes and methods by engineers.
Analyze machine downtime and develop appropriate measures.
Improve production efficiency by applying continuous improvement principles to production areas.
Assist supervisor in technical support and liaise with inter-departments.
