Job summary

Lam Research is seeking a Manufacturing Integrator Intern (IT/Supply Chain) to support production scheduling and material handling at Batu Kawan, Malaysia. You will coordinate, route, and expedite materials to address shortages and help ensure on-time commitments across departments.

You will work with SAP data systems, Excel and other Office tools, in a fast-paced environment, developing cross-functional collaboration and documentation practices.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma in Business Administration (or related field).
• Strong ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing concepts is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment.
• Use computer-based SAP data systems, applications, and Office software.

Responsibilities

• Performs coordinating, routing, and material handling duties to meet production schedules.
• Expedites parts to remedy material shortage problems.
• Picks up and delivers materials within and outside company and maintains records on material flow.
• May ensure incoming materials are properly routed.
• May monitor the flow of materials and parts between departments in order to meet scheduled commitments.
• Perform SAP transaction for material issuance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely communication and documentation compliance.
• Coordinate documentation of business processes and assist in process improvement initiatives.
