Job summary

Lam Research in Malaysia is seeking a Manufacturing Integrator Intern to help meet production schedules by coordinating, routing, and expediting materials. You will ensure proper routing of incoming materials and monitor material flow between departments to support Lam’s operational excellence.

The role requires pursuing a Diploma in Business Administration, strong English communication, and familiarity with Lean Manufacturing.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Diploma in Business Administration (or related field).
Strong ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing concepts is an advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment.
Use computer-based SAP data systems, applications, and Office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

Perform coordinating, routing, and material handling duties to meet production schedules.
Expedite parts to remedy material shortage problems.
Picks up and delivers materials within and outside company and maintains records on material flow.
Ensure incoming materials are properly routed.
Monitor the flow of materials and parts between departments to meet scheduled commitments.
Perform SAP transactions for material issuance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely communication and documentation compliance.
Coordinate documentation of business processes and assist in process improvement initiatives.
