Job summary

All Good Food Manufacturing Sdn Bhd in Seremban is seeking a Manufacturing Excellence Manager to lead process, reliability and yield improvements across our operations. You will own end-to-end improvement projects, establish baselines, drive OEE gains and capacity improvements, and ensure GMP/HACCP compliance while collaborating with Production, R&D, QA, and Finance.

Strong data-driven leadership and a track record of cross-functional success are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Chemical, or Process). Food Science acceptable with strong equipment/process experience.
• 8-12 years manufacturing experience, minimum 3 years leading cross-functional improvement projects.
• Strong knowledge of OEE, bottleneck analysis, yield, CAPA, SPC, DOE, and preventive maintenance systems (MTBF/MTTR). GMP/HACCP required; FSSC 22000 preferred. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred but not essential.
• Compulsory hands-on, data-driven, and able to challenge assumptions with evidence. Strong execution, problem-solving and cross-functional influence required. Must show at least 3 proven improvement projects (OEE, yield, reliability).
• Independent functional accountability is required to challenge existing practices, implement corrective actions and deliver verified, sustainable results.

Responsibilities

• Drives measurable improvements across AGF operations, including process optimisation, equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, yield, waste reduction, capacity and OEE.
• Establishes baselines, identifies constraints, and leads cross-functional improvement projects from root cause to sustained results, supported by before/after data. Focus on canline performance (capacity, speed, downtime, rejects, and output) and implementation of L1-L3 preventive maintenance systems covering criticality, PM compliance, MTBF/MTTR, breakdown reduction.
• Improves yield through end-to-end material reconciliation and loss reduction, and supports new product industrialisation from trials to scale-up. Works closely with Production, Operations, R&D, QA, Warehouse, Procurement, IT, and Finance. Based at AGF and functionally reports to Chris for priorities, review, and escalation.
