Job summary

You will perform routine inspections, diagnose mechanical/electrical issues, and support automation systems including ARV/ARS and turntable equipment. A Certificate in a relevant field is required and willingness to learn and work 12-hour rotating shifts are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or SKM Phase 3 (or equivalent).
• Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical systems.
• Willingness to learn and take instructions.
• Assist in operating production or automation equipment.
• Perform basic checks, monitoring, and routine operations as assigned.
• Support shift teams to ensure smooth daily operation
• Conduct basic preventive maintenance tasks under supervision.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and escalating when needed
• Assist senior technicians in corrective maintenance tasks.
• Follow technical instructions and work procedures

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues, experience in automation equipment such as ARV, ARS and turn table arean advantage
• Repair or replace faulty components and parts as needed
• Conduct regular calibrations and adjustments to maintain equipment accuracy
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and implement corrective actions
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and repair records
• Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures in the manufacturing environment
• Assist SME and engineer in the implementation of equipment upgrades and improvements
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with new technologies and maintenance techniques
