Qualifications

• Machine/Mechanical knowledge in design and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Machine troubleshoot and maintenance.
• Coordinate and oversee daily activities of Equipment Technicians.
• Analyze data to maximize equipment availability and reduce downtime.
• Create and update FMEA, training materials, and SOPs.
• Investigate line abnormalities, quality issues, and yield loss with timely actions.
• Lead continuous improvement projects on machine performance and productivity.
• Collaborate with Process and R&D on new materials and packaging for machines.
• Machine/tooling buy-off and standardization.
• Support audits and action implementation for customers.
