Qualifications

• Degree in any Engineering discipline with at least 3 years' experience in manufacturing.
• Proficient in MS Office and design software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
• Team player with high focus on maximising machinery efficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
• Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist Factory Manager in meeting productivity requirements.
• Direct production activities within an industrial facility.
• Maintain plant machinery and perform preventive maintenance.
• Supervise and train workers; cross-train for flexibility.
• Enforce safety, compliance, and quality-control programs.
• Liaise with suppliers and authorities on factory matters.
• Contribute to project objectives for manufacturing efficiencies.
• Monitor process flow and drive efficiency improvements.
• Perform general factory/production duties as needed.
