Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience.
Experience in product transfer projects and process validation.
Experience with line setup, equipment readiness and BOM in ERP.
Lean manufacturing experience and GD&T proficiency.
Ability to use AI tools to improve productivity and reduce costs.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret drawings.
Analyse drawing specifications and develop tools, processes and parameters.
Plan and execute product transfers from other interplant sites.
Develop and validate processes, tooling, and documentation for transferred products.
Drive process optimization and cost reduction initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transfers.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Mentor technicians and review BOM/documents for manufacturing readiness.
