Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
3–5 years of semiconductor experience.
Ability to work independently under tight schedules.
Strong technical knowledge in mechanical and electrical manufacturing.
Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to production operations to resolve process issues on the line.
Apply engineering principles to optimize manufacturing processes and assembly sequences.
Create, review and maintain manufacturing guidelines, SOPs and process documentation.
Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to reduce costs and improve yields.
Drive continuous improvement and process optimisation through data analysis and problem-solving.
Collaborate with Production, Quality Assurance and cross-functional teams to support CAPA and manufacturing objectives.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
