Job summary

Qualifications

• Candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (mechanical, chemical, or biomedical).
• 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Shows basic technical expertise to support design, validation and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Support design, optimization, validation and troubleshooting of process and product technologies.
• Assist in selection and development of new equipment, tooling and materials with vendors.
• Apply Lean and process-improvement tools to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Assist with process validation, PFMEA, validation plans, protocols and reports.
• Coordinate testing and validation builds and report results.
• Provide calibration services and maintain measurement traceability where assigned.
