Job summary

The incumbent will optimize production processes across the electrolyzer systems fabrication, handling manufacturability, and collaboration with global fabricators and suppliers to reduce lead times and improve quality. The candidate should bring a BS in engineering with 3+ years of related experience, preferably with Six Sigma credentials, and a track record of driving manufacturing

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering
• Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt preferred
• Three (3) or more years of related work experience in high-tech manufacturing
• Proven track record of driving manufacturing improvement projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the global fabrication network and troubleshoot production issues in real time
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure manufacturability and ease of assembly
• Work with external fabricators and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and alignment of production processes
• Translate design data for manufacturability into procured data and drive design changes with engineering
• Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste
• Assist with prototype builds and small-scale production runs for feedback on repeatable manufacturability
• Design, select, and optimize tools and equipment for efficient, high-quality production
• Create deliverables and training for production staff on best practices and safety standards
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations across fabrication sites
