As a Manufacturing Engineer for Cabinet, you will play a critical role in shaping manufacturing outcomes. You will own the development, optimization, and sustainment of safe assembly processes.
As a Manufacturing Engineer (Cabinet Assembly), you will own and continuously improve cabinet and enclosure assembly processes, ensuring they are safe, efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective. By acting as the technical owner from prototype builds through volume ramp-up, you enable manufacturing readiness and smooth transitions in a high-mix EMS environment. Your hands-on expertise and end-to-end ownership directly support scalable production and business growth in a fast-paced startup.
Define assembly flow, work instructions, SOPs, and process controls and specifications example torque specifications.Establish line layout, tooling, jigs, fixtures, and assembly aidsLead process validation, pilot builds, and NPI (New Product Introduction) activitiesOptimize processes for productivity, quality, ergonomics, and cost.Ensure effective ECN implementation and risk assessment for design and process changes. Update PFMEA/Control Plans and process documentations following changes.Ensure alignment between drawings, BOMs, routings, and shop-floor documentation.
