Job summary

Renesas Electronics in Malaysia seeks a Test Handler Engineer to set up and qualify production test handlers, monitor performance and drive uptime improvements. You will troubleshoot issues, support preventive maintenance, and lead improvement projects while training technicians on operation and maintenance.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams ensures safety and quality across a fast-paced semiconductor environment.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of electro-mechanical system, pneumatic system fundamentals.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Good to Have

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Semiconductor test handler platforms (e.g.,JHT, Cohu, Multitest, Advantest, Hontech, Seiko Epson).
• Knowledge of machine automation, motors, robotics, and vision systems
• Problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, SPC, FMEA, and DOE.
