Jora Malaysia is seeking a cost accounting professional to strengthen our manufacturing finance team. You will handle costing, analyze margins, prepare pricing data, and support BOM reviews under tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree or accounting qualification, has at least 3 years in cost accounting, is proficient in advanced Excel, and can work with cross-functional teams. Fresh graduates may apply. Mandarin speakers are preferred for job-related reasons.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Professional Accounting Qualification or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years in costing and manufacturing cost accounting; fresh graduates welcome to apply
• Mandarin speakers preferred for job-related reasons
• Ability to process large data volumes using advanced Excel skills
• Strong interpersonal, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
• Able to work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Compute and review customer RFQs
• Assist in evaluating pricing proposals
• Collaborate with departments to develop pricing for products and processes
• Analyze fluctuations in customer/product margins
• Drive cost savings and business improvement initiatives
• Support forecasting, budgeting and operating cost analysis
• Prepare CAPEX reviews for approval
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
