Job summary

Mondelēz International in Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Project Engineer to plan, develop and execute capital projects, aligning engineering activity with supply chain needs, productivity goals and Mondelēz standards for quality, safety and environment.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration, manage budgets and roadmaps, and lead site change management to deliver cost-efficient manufacturing improvements across SEA sites.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a food manufacturing plant or similar
• Experience with best practices in the industry
• Proven ability in plant operations, project management and inter-company business
• Strong change management and business development experience
• Demonstrated ability to discuss, coordinate and negotiate with key project partners and cross-functional teams
• Exposure to benchmarking exercises

Responsibilities

• Drive ongoing business and simplification initiatives at the site
• Develop and maintain manufacturing road maps and optimize asset base
• Lead capacity and cost optimization through harmonization and efficiency projects
• Coach and build capability of site change coordinators and key stakeholders
• Guide site BD teams to improve change processes and RDQ cooperation
• Support SEA BU MSC strategy execution and regional/global alignment
