IntelliPro Singapore Pte. Ltd. invites a Mandarin‑speaking Telesales Executive to join our automotive sales team in Mid Valley, KL. The role offers a high basic salary with guaranteed commissions and KPI‑driven targets, with office-based, full‑time work Monday to Friday.

You will make outbound calls to leads, present promotions, and record interactions in the CRM while delivering excellent customer service and aiming for repeat business and referrals.

Qualificações

• Sales-driven and customer-oriented personality.
• Fluent in Chinese languages due to target market.
• Willing to work full-time at office (no WFH).
• Comfortable with KPI targets in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound calls to leads to introduce promotions and products.
• Engage prospects with persuasive communication to generate interest and secure appointments or sales.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer feedback, and follow-up actions in CRM system.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally, providing product knowledge and clarifying promotions.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets (KPI-driven).
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with team leader and colleagues to share strategies and improve call effectiveness.
• Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Participate in training sessions to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
