Job summary

Nutrilife Asia Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a part-time sales and customer support associate to assist customers via social platforms and chats. You will identify needs, guide customers to suitable products, and handle follow-ups with a focus on accuracy in orders and CRM records.

The role requires Mandarin Chinese fluency with basic Bahasa Malaysia and English, patience, reliability, and a willingness to learn. Training provided; benefits include leave, EPF, SOCSO, and medical coverage.

Qualifications

• Fluent in spoken, written and typed Mandarin Chinese.
• Basic communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Comfortable communicating with customers through text and messaging platforms.
• Patient, empathetic and able to communicate clearly with customers.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow structured processes.
• Willing to learn, receive feedback and improve.
• Responsible, reliable and able to work consistently.
• Basic computer and digital platform skills.
• Previous part-time sales experience is an advantage — training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries through Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp and e-commerce platforms.
• Understand customers’ needs and guide them towards suitable solutions.
• Recommend suitable product packages based on customers’ needs and situations.
• Follow up with potential customers and existing customers.
• Handle order entry, tracking updates and CRM records accurately.
• Learn and follow Nutrilife Asia’s sales conversation process and customer service standards.
• Identify situations that require support and elevate them to team
