Job summary

Emerald Clinical Trials is seeking an Early Phase Project Manager to lead the development, conduct and completion of clinical research projects. You will manage cross functional teams, client communications, and budgets to ensure timely delivery in line with GCP and SOPs.

A strong background in early phase trials and Mandarin proficiency are required. You will coordinate study start‑up, execution, and close‑out across Asia‑Pacific regions, ensuring data quality, regulatory compliance and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science or related field.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a mandatory requirement.
• Strong project management and leadership experience in clinical trials.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver projects end‑to‑end.
• Ensure projects comply with ICH‑GCP, SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
• Oversee site feasibility, initiation, monitoring, and close‑out activities.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior project staff.
