Job summary

Emerald Clinical Trials is seeking an Early Phase Project Manager to oversee the development, conduct and completion of clinical studies in line with originator requirements. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and coordinate with sponsors, investigators and vendors to ensure timelines and quality.

This role requires Mandarin proficiency and experience with early-phase studies across regions. We offer hybrid work options in Malaysia and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science or related field.
• Experience managing early-phase clinical studies preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory guidelines.
• Mandarin language proficiency is required.
• Experience coordinating with sponsors, investigators and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver early-phase studies on time and within budget.
• Coordinate feasibility, site setup, budgeting, invoicing, and vendor management.
• Ensure study deliverables meet GCP, SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance to junior staff and mentor project management personnel.
