Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking an Operations Analyst to support cash processing and reconciliations across regions. You will handle payments, receipts, invoicing, and daily accounting duties while ensuring compliance and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational issues.
• Mandarin fluency preferred for Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with time-critical deliveries while maintaining accuracy.
• Control mindset to identify process gaps and mitigate operational risk.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage cash processing, payments and receipts, and cash queries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Reconcile deposits and withdrawals across regions and verify data matching across interfaces, gateways, MT4, and e-wallet transfers.
• Handle daily accounting activities including payments issuance, invoice preparation, and reconciliation of statements and funds disbursement.
• Maintain controls and compliance in line with regulatory requirements and company policies, liaising with Risk & Compliance.
• Act as escalation point to resolve complex issues by coordinating with Network Management, IT, and other stakeholders.
