Qualifications

Education in Finance, Business, Banking, or related fields; degrees preferred.
Fresh graduates welcome; training provided.
Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Melayu required; proficient in Mandarin for client communication.
Strong communication and customer-service skills.
Able to understand financial documents and explain solutions clearly.
Responsible, ethical, and able to handle confidential information.
Goal-oriented and able to perform in a results-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Assess customers' financial status including income, expenses, credit history, and overall financial health.
Provide financial restructuring advice to help customers reduce monthly repayment burdens and improve cash flow.
Guide customers through the loan application process, ensuring all documents are complete, accurate, and submitted smoothly for approval.
Offer solutions for customers facing financial difficulties, such as debt consolidation, refinancing, or installment repayment strategies.
Educate customers on financial knowledge, including credit management and long-term financial planning.
Achieve company performance targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Ensure all operational processes comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
Maintain the completeness and confidentiality of customers' financial assessment and application documents.
