Dover Corporation is seeking a Field Service Engineer (Mandarin-speaking) for on-site installation, maintenance, and repair in Shah Alam, Malaysia. You will train customers, troubleshoot issues, and help improve products while supporting the Sales team with new applications and demonstrations.

The role requires a Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, 2–5 years of field service experience, and a valid driving license.

Responsabilidades

• Install, service, repair and support Markem-Imaje products on site.
• Perform on-site product installation on customer premises.
• Provide training and technical advice on product use in person and by phone.
• Investigate problems, provide solutions and arrange repairs.
• Monitor repairs under service/warranty; suggest product improvements.
• Schedule and carry out planned maintenance calls and customer visits.
• Adhere to field service policies, procedures and standards.
• Recommend spare parts and monitor equipment.
• Provide sales support on new applications, software and demonstrations.
