Job summary

DPS Resources Berhad is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple infrastructure projects in Melaka, Malaysia. The role involves coordinating with engineers, vendors, and business units to deliver on schedule, budget, and scope.

You will manage project plans, track progress, and report to stakeholders while overseeing hardware, cabling, data center assets, and capacity planning. Strong Mandarin/Chinese language ability is required for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Previous experience in infrastructure project management or general project management.
• Understanding of data infrastructure, hardware, cabling, and inventory planning.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with project coordinators and engineers to ensure the smooth execution of projects throughout their life cycle.
• Coordinate with delivery teams, line of business managers, and vendors to ensure project success.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to meet project objectives.
• Control workflow, schedule assignments, evaluate project progress, and report status to management and stakeholders.
• Generate reports for progress tracking and communicate project updates effectively.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, both internal and external, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Oversee various types of projects, including data center infrastructure, hardware, cabling, and capacity planning.
