Devloit in Kuala Lumpur is hiring for a Permanent Night Shift customer support role. You will handle customer enquiries across calls, chats and emails, resolving issues per company procedures with a focus on empathy and professionalism.

The role involves updating customer records, coordinating booking changes with vendors, and escalating complex cases when needed. Working five days with two days off weekly, base pay up to RM 4500 plus KPI RM300 and shift allowance RM300.

• Ensures inquiries and complaints are resolved per company processes.
• Escalates difficult issues to senior team members when needed.
• Maintains a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers.
• Updates and maintains accurate customer interaction records in the system.
• Resolves requests by booking changes per procedures and terms.
• Liaises with external vendors/service operators to fulfill booking changes.
• Keeps updated with company procedures and shares feedback with relevant teams.
